Primary Care Membership: With a $360 annual donation to Seed Peace
• One-year subscription to Direct Primary Care (DPC). DPC is a personalized healthcare model that provides unlimited, direct access to your physician for a transparent and affordable fee. By eliminating insurance middlemen, DPC allows you to focus on your health without copays or surprise bills.
• Seed Peace pays the annual membership fee. Additional diagnostics are not included.
Eye Exam & Glasses
• One professional eye exam and one pair of glasses every other year, provided free of charge.
• Includes standard lenses and frames. Designer frames, tints, or upgrades are not included and would be at the farmer’s expense.
Dental Care: With a $160 annual donation to Seed Peace
• One-year subscription includes new patient exam, including a panoramic X-ray, four bitewing X-rays, and cleaning.
• The number of cleanings per year will be determined after the initial exam.
• Additional dental services are not included; however, they are available at a 15% discounted rate. (such as crowns, implants, or deep cleanings)
Sick Care Support
• Reimbursement for medical visits for short-term illnesses such as flu, sinus infections, ear infections, sore throat, or dental pain.
• Services must be provided by approved Seed Peace vendors and approved in advance.
• Seed Peace will reimburse the cost of care up to $230 per visit once per year after a receipt is submitted. Any expenses above $230 will need to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
• Reimbursements are sent via Venmo.
Yoga Classes
• Group yoga classes with a 10-class punch card.
Emergency Assistance Grants
• Small cash grants to help cover unforeseen expenses such as broken equipment, veterinary care for farm pets, or emergency travel.
